Vision Quest is a one-day workshop for startup founders / leaders based on the idea that our best work only happens when we are fully aligned with what we are doing.

Since I came to Silicon Valley in 2013, I have had the privilege of working with some of the world's most inspiring leaders and they all shared one attribute: They were 100% in alignment with their own story and work. I believe that great companies are created by the most passionate and aligned leaders.

But often with startup growth comes different interests for the company. Founders often end up being pushed into directions that they are not fully bought into. Vision Quest is based on the understanding that the bridge between the founders' values, the startup's current mission and how these values are lived every day is what causes burnout and failure.

Vision Quest is a workshop that uncovers and rediscovers the founders' values and aligns them with the company's mission. It uncovers the true business opportunity that is aligned with the founders' true desires and values.

This one-day workshop takes places in nature, typically outside. It is followed up by a 2h long debrief and a document describing the founders and the company in detail through the experience of the workshop.

I am a mentor for the Boys To Men organization, I support graduates in the process of getting hired by tech companies, and advice humans in transition on how to set up an untethered life focused on what matters rather than the distractions technology can provide.

Reach out to me if you want to set up a 30min conversation to get to know each other. I am a deep believer in human connection and would love to meet you, whether we end up working together or not.

The principles of my coaching and mentoring have constantly been focused around the exploration and discovery of personal and universal truths through deep listening. I believe that listening does not only happen by paying attention to our words, it happens by seeing the other person speak those same words. That is why all of my sessions happen either in person or through a video chat.

Most experts agree that 70 to 93 percent of all communication is nonverbal. Often, clients ask me: "How did you know that?". The answer is always the same: They told me, just not through words. Our experiences and values live in us and are communicated all the time, whether we want to or not.
